16:48 Changes to guild ranks.

With the brain dead farming of old content and now opening of new one,we've sensed a lot of slacking that holds us back from progressing.To counter that there will be changes to current ranking system in order to reward players better and give u something to aim for beside the loot. Trial - Will now only last for 2 weeks,new accepted members have to show they do wanna be part of the guild,not just get passed application and never log again.Not joining atleast 1 raid per week nor showing any intrest to will result in a kick. Hawk - Ordinary guild member with no special treatments or changes.Same priority in raids as trial. Firehawk - Member who comes to raid now and then,they will have the same access to gv as hawks have atm.Greater loot priority than trials and hawks. Dragonhawk - The core raider.Rank is gained through regular raiding,following tactics and generally,not screwing up by doing the same mistake over and over again.People who start missing raids w/o any word and slack for atleast 2 weeks,will be demoted back to hawk.To make ppl strive for this rank,there are a couple of benefits to being a core raider.     Priority to raid invite     Priority to loot     Limited access to last gv tab with 2 withdrawals per day     Limited access to primos for crafting gear Phoenix - All current officers will have 2 weeks to prove themselves.Lead a scheduled raid,help with ml or keep people in line,tell them what they are doing wrong and don't rub it in,but explain it to them.All officers who fail to fill this criteria during the 2 weeks (5.12.12 - 19.12.12) Will be demoted. All these changes will be carried out on tuesday night with raid ID resets.
