• I am familiar with all Wotlk raids up to ICC

D) What was(were) your previous guild(s)? Why did you leave it(them)?

• I was from Illuminati and left because there is a lack of raids and most of the time raids wasn't as efficient and organized as i'll like it to be.

E) If you are coming from another server, please list the server name, the period of time you spent there and the reason why you left.

• I used to play in retail WoW then RavenCrest and finally here in GC

F) Why do you want to join Ex Cinere?

• I want to join Ex Cinere to have the chance to raid at the highest level in both raid contents and efficiency/organization.

H) How old are you and where are you from?

• I am 29 years old, from Singapore

I) Usual raid-time is 20:00 ST and we raid at 16ST on sunday. Does it fit you?

• Yeah the time is fine for me.

II. Rules and Requirements

• Yeah.

III. Raid Specific Requirements and Class Details
(Focus on the character with which you will prefer to go in raids)

A) A non-lagging computer (server lags are out of count - all we can is to deal with them) and stable internet connect is 100% necessary to raid with Ex Cinere. Do you meet this requirement?

• Yeah i have a good computer for WoW.

B ) Are you willing and capable of providing your own potions, bandages, food buffs, repair costs, and farmed items on a regular basis?

• Yeah this is not a problem.

C) What glyphs are you currently using(Major and Minor) and why did you choose them?

•
Destruction

Major:
Glyph of Conflagrate
Glyph of Life Tap
Glyph of Incinerate

Minor
Glyph of Drain Soul
Glyph of Unending breath
Glyph of Kilrogg

I'm using those Majors right now as its the best dps. Will switch it up a little when i 2-3x T10

D) List in order the top five stats you gear for (including stats like crit rating, hit rating, haste rating, spell power and such) and explain why you chose them in that order:

Haste/Crit

Hit rating is the most important stats to a caster until around 14% soft cap with talents (+3%) or 11% with shadow priest / balance druid.
I am at 17% hard cap with talents. Will adjust accordingly as my gear changes.

Right now i go for raw spell power for highest dps gain. Haste and crit are fairly even for me.

E) What type of preparations do you personally make coming to a raid, for both new content and farmed content?

• For new contents with unfamiliar encounters, i'll look up tank spot videos for strategy and tactics. For 25 man raids, i'll usually do a system reboot to make sure i don't lag while raiding.

F) Describe in detail your character's role in raids. How do your spec and gear choices help you to perform that role?

• I'm a dps class, my main role is to maximize my personal DPS. I have occasional CC duties with fear and banish and i provide utilities to the raid with summoning stones, soul stones and health stones. Curse of elements for overall raid damage output.

G) Describe in detail your personal play style. Why do you raid? How? What spells do you use and when do you use them? How do you use them - clicking, keybindings, macros, UI modifications, etc?

My spells are binded, i do use marcos bit not excessively.

my opening on bosses for Destruction:

(pre case life tap for spell dmg bonus)

Curse of Doom (if not on Curse of Elements duty)
Immolate
Conflagate
Chaos Bolt
Incinerate

As the fight progresses my spell priority are :

Immolate (when it is down) > Curse of Doom > conflagate > Chaos bolt > Incinerate spam

all this while keeping life tap spell power buff up.
