I. Basic Introduction
A) What is your ingame character name, race, class, level and proffs? Please add an armory link. (Please list your main along with your alts.)
• Reshetar level 80 warlock (destruction pvp / affliction pve) http://www.gamingconsortium.org/tools/player.php?name=Reshetar - this is my only horde char and the one i wish to have in your guild
my other chars are :

B ) What is your Talent Spec? Please post a link from GC talent calc.
• as i can see the armory talent calc. isnt working
C) Please indicate how much raiding experience you have.
• I have done all the raids in Wotlk with the exception of ICC which i am doing on alliance side and learning
D) What was(were) your previous guild(s)? Why did you leave it(them)?
• My previous guild was SonsOfThunder, i left because without Amiir it is just not the same guild it was
E) If you are coming from another server, please list the server name, the period of time you spent there and the reason why you left.
• I played 2 years on ravenrest before i came to this server but that was long time ago and i think that server doesent even have a website anymore
F) Why do you want to join Ex Cinere?
• Because I would want to be a part of the best horde guild and do some serious raiding with you guys
G) Do you meet the following requirements?

H) How old are you and where are you from?
• I'm 19 years old from Niš, Serbia
I) Usual raid-time is 20:00 ST and we raid at 16ST on sunday. Does it fit you?
• Ofcourse it does, thats a great time because on sunday I am as free as a bird and available for raids
J) Please list any reference or friends you have on GC server (this may be anyone that can prove your abilities, dedication, loyalty, etc…). If you have none, please answer "None":

II. Rules and Requirements
A) Have you read the guild rules and raiding rules listed on the forums? (Filling out this application means you agree to their terms).

III. Raid Specific Requirements and Class Details
(Focus on the character with which you will prefer to go in raids)
A) A non-lagging computer (server lags are out of count - all we can is to deal with them) and stable internet connect is 100% necessary to raid with Ex Cinere. Do you meet this requirement?
• I sure do, my pc is not old and can handle wotlk raids perfectly and my internet connection is very stable
B ) Are you willing and capable of providing your own potions, bandages, food buffs, repair costs, and farmed items on a regular basis?
• I can provide the flasks since i have alchemy on my char and maybe some other things too
C) What glyphs are you currently using(Major and Minor) and why did you choose them?
• for pvp:
Chaos Bolt (i like the cd reduction, CB is my favourite spell and i use it a lot !)
Conflagrate (so it doesent consume immolate and the periodic dmg continues on target)
Shadowflame (the movement speed reduction is a must in pvp)
Glyph of souls (70% less mana when casting ritual of souls helpful in bg's)
Glyph of Drain Soul (Sometimes gets me extra shards)
for pve:
Haunt (the dmg bonus is great)
Corruption (Shadow Trance effect is always needed in pve)
Quick Decay (this is a must in pve gives corruption a serious dps boost)
D) List in order the top five stats you gear for (including stats like crit rating, hit rating, haste rating, spell power and such) and explain why you chose them in that order:
• Haste (its the most important for pve cuz you can cast faster!)
Hit (never enough  )
Spell power (moar dps !)
Crit (not very needed as affli but it cant hurt)
E) What type of preparations do you personally make coming to a raid, for both new content and farmed content?
• Make flasks and put on some music !
F) Describe in detail your character's role in raids. How do your spec and gear choices help you to perform that role?
• My role is ranged dps, maximum dps, and making sure that the other casters get the extra dmg from my curse of elements. Also i ofcourse always make a soulstone to make sure a healer is secured in case something goes wrong 
G) Describe in detail your personal play style. Why do you raid? How? What spells do you use and when do you use them? How do you use them - clicking, keybindings, macros, UI modifications, etc?
• Affli rotation:
Curse Of Elements, Corruption, Haunt, Unstable Affliction, Shadowbolt.......
If its aoe then i first use Shadowflame to get the dot on all mobs and after that i use Rain of Fire

| weird, why do i always have smth to say about ppls rotations and stats lately?
Spell power (moar dps !) = Haste (its the most important for pve cuz you can cast faster!)
SPIRIT (see below)
Hit (never enough biggrin ) - sure u can, atm i have 18.87% WITHOUT talent besides, as affli u don't even need the cap, 1 or 2 missed shadow bolts out of a 100+ cast (tested with around 14% hit) is pretty much miserable.
Crit (not very needed as affli but it cant hurt)
Haunt (the dmg bonus is great) - change for Life Tap, combined with fel armor transfers 50% of spirit to sp which is much more osom than the bonus u get from glyph of haunt.
Corruption (Shadow Trance effect is always needed in pve)
Quick Decay (this is a must in pve gives corruption a serious dps boost)

Well, I don't know if haste rolling is still bugged here, but on previous core it was. With a 6 seconds corruption rolling, the missed SB does hurt

i believe it's not, but even if it was... 6sec=3-4 (depending on haste) SB casts. on single target battles, corruption can never ever fall off unless ur a genius and spam DS until all ur dots and debuffs literally fall off which is... well...

You also have moving fights, recasting other dots etc. But this isn't the place to discuss those things

| considering the livelihood of the forums, any place is a good place for a discussion
i've never had corr fall off on single target fights. heck, even on multiple target fights it takes just a tiny little bit of skill to keep it up 24/7

On my previous setups i used the glyph of lifetap. maybe i will change it, dunno. if i find a scribe on horde side which i didnt since i came to horde
