| I. Basic Introduction
A) What is your ingame character name, race, class, level and proffs? Please add an armory link. (Please list your main along with your alts.)
• Warlart, blood elf dk, lvl 60. no proffs atm. i got 3 ally chars lvl 80. warsmart/Warmart/pavlee. got only one proffession (alchemy/herbalism)
B ) What is your Talent Spec? Please post a link from GC talent calc.
• my talent spec is frost dps atm.. will go frost dps as main when i hit 80 and frost tank as offspec.
C) Please indicate how much raiding experience you have.
• i have alot of raiding experience. im raiding on ally side every week/leading raids when i go with the guild "From the Ashes" where i am an officer.
D) What was(were) your previous guild(s)? Why did you leave it(them)?
• this is my first guild on horde side.
E) If you are coming from another server, please list the server name, the period of time you spent there and the reason why you left.
• i have spent my whole wow career on GC. around 3 years 
F) Why do you want to join Ex Cinere?
• I want to join EC because ppl say its the best raiding guild on horde side and i want to be a part of this guild.
G) Do you meet the following requirements?

H) How old are you and where are you from?
• I am an 18 year old man from Norway 
I) Usual raid-time is 20:00 ST and we raid at 16ST on sunday. Does it fit you?
• it suits me very well
J) Please list any reference or friends you have on GC server (this may be anyone that can prove your abilities, dedication, loyalty, etc…). If you have none, please answer "None":
• i have some irl friends on gc.. called maxers and someotherguy, but doesnt play much anymore.. and i have alot of ingame friends

II. Rules and Requirements

III. Raid Specific Requirements and Class Details
(Focus on the character with which you will prefer to go in raids)
A) A non-lagging computer (server lags are out of count - all we can is to deal with them) and stable internet connect is 100% necessary to raid with Ex Cinere. Do you meet this requirement?
• yes
B ) Are you willing and capable of providing your own potions, bandages, food buffs, repair costs, and farmed items on a regular basis?
• yeah, i can make flasks and elixirs/potions.
C) What glyphs are you currently using(Major and Minor) and why did you choose them?
• not using any glyphs atm  but when i hit 80, i will use glyph of obliterate to increase the dmg of one my most important attacks. glyph of frost strike to reduce to cost of runes and glyph of disease so i can refresh my diseases faster and easier.
D) List in order the top five stats you gear for (including stats like crit rating, hit rating, haste rating, spell power and such) and explain why you chose them in that order:
• i know dk dps best so i will go for hit - expertise - str - crit - haste
E) What type of preparations do you personally make coming to a raid, for both new content and farmed content?
• i usually farm mats for my alchemy so i can make flasks and elixirs for the raid to improve my dps.
F) Describe in detail your character's role in raids. How do your spec and gear choices help you to perform that role?
• My role in raids are dps, and to be top dps and stay alive by knowing tactics. my spec and gear helps me to do more dmg ^^
G) Describe in detail your personal play style. Why do you raid? How? What spells do you use and when do you use them? How do you use them - clicking, keybindings, macros, UI modifications, etc?
• I mostly raid for fun and get some gear so i can perform well in raids. i also raid for progress, i wanna keel LK! I use many addons/macros, and im not a clicker.

And you could list people from ally since alot play on horde side too xD. Other than that he is a good dpser and know what hes doing.
