| Getting more than 1 uld 10 seems to be a bit chaotic.
I'd like to suggest we make 2-3 threads, and people can sign up to join group A, B, or C. And you wouldn't change this up every week, you are assigned to that raid and it wont change unless you give a moment's notice so the raid leaders can replace you, switch you out with someone in another group, or whatever.
Raids would be easier to organize if we already had our roles assigned.
I wouldn't mind leading one of the groups, but I work and have to leave around the time we get to vezax, so I'd need someone to take over.
Basically how I'd like this to work:
2-3 people that lead raids, each make their own sign up thread, like so
Serotonin's Monday raid
Tank 1:
Tank 2:
Heal 1:
Heal 2:
Dps 1:
Dps 2:
Dps 3:
Dps 4:
Dps 5:
Dps 6:
and should be able to edit the first post with the list, assigning names of people who replied in the thread.

| I tried to organise both raids by myself yesterday, i paid too much attention on classes (so every group has everything) and less attention on qualities. Sorry about that.
We can do it either this way, or try with Sign Up's on forum. Your call.

| I think your method was better as for me i cant even sometimes say One day before if ill be for 100% so i think is better this way

| This idea is a good one but has one problem...
What if pll can't come but don't say it we wait wait yet nothing...
So what i mean is that in the end you just might be saving spots for no one.
And when you start taking pll from other sign up's that's where it get's massy.
But then for 2th,3th.... raids it might still be a good idea.
If this is one of those things that's gona be done pll need to pay more
attention to the guild forum's/site. And so a guild announcement
might be good idea to get to notion accross.

| There is no problem with that. We have enough people to replace someone that doesn't show.
and I'm withdrawing my offer to help lead raids. I simply do not have the time. I leave at like 21 st to go to work now on weekdays.
