Hey i`ve just made some reserch on 1 kind of mobs trying some seals (all of them basically :D)
I was wondering which seal have most dps when u go to arena etc or heal/dps raids as shock
and here what i got (reserch on same mob). Rember these is only for holy/shocadin spec
which include Spell power NOT Attack power: (min:sec:milisec)

Seal of Command 2:50:6 - Worst choice, crits are not amazing and its bassically
using AP not SP sooo useless, not worth spending 1 point on talent point for it.

Seal of Righteousness 2:03:6 - Well good crits, second place in dps. Usable only than
if you need burst of dmg in 1 moment.

Seal of Corruption 1:49:5 - Best choice for DPS but only than if you can keep
full stack on person, also big crits same as Righteousness. Good thing is that if you get 5 stack on person he wont be able to dispell other efect on him and will be busy
to dispell Seal from Him (1 cleanse can dispell 1 stack and it can stack up to 5 times) WINNER!!!

Seal of Justice, Light, Wisdom - 2:20:4 - All of them have same dps but other function
i recomend using Seal of Justicewhen warr is on you and you want to dont get him close to ya, Seal of Wisdom - getting mana, Seal of Life
with glyph u got 5% more healing so if you need healing atm use it!

as far as i remember i was testing it with pvp gear but with pve it will be the same. (resilience dont change anyting)

U wont make him not coming close, cause he has 2x charge and ur not slowing him at all. Use it only versus rogue so that they cant sprint and use it against druids so that they cant run.
