Having at last food as concern of officers should be beneficial because it shows that they are not only there to give orders and such. Obviously, whoever is not officer and wants to help should be more than welcomed.
About potions, count as two for every boss encounter if you want to have good way of raiding, because out there you have to pre-pot also, meaning that your leader calls it on skype and you use potion one second before combat starts, that way cooldown starts and you can use potion twice in one encounter, increasing raid efficiency.
I'll think of more later. And might I add that you're the first guild I've been in (and I've been in many) that added GC rules as part of their own. Much respect.
