6th - Important stuff like BOE epix, Epic gems, Ethernals, endgame Ench & JC mats, Item ench (BS, LW, Tailor, etc) (officers and above access) 5th - Consumables: Scrolls, Enchants, Pots, Food, Food mats, everything similar (officers and above access) 4rd - Glyphs/Recipies: Its obvious (member and above access) 3rd - Mats: Old or low lvl stuff for professions, etc (member and above access) 2nd - Mats: Old or low lvl stuff for professions, etc (member and above access) 1st - Gear: Any kind of armor/weapon which is good and not so common drop (members and above)
Dont keep too common stuff (easy to gain) or trash.
Ranks:
GM Officer (U can mix the so desired class leaders here) Veteran Member Trial
Loot:
You should limit the loot gain to 1 main and 1 alt char for ppl. U will need ppl to come with alts to help on main or alt raid but u shouldnt give extra loot to each of their alts as it limits the goodies for the rest (unless ofc noone else needs it). Same applies to off-spec.
Raid:
Focus on collecting mats in bank for flask and feasts only. Require ppl to bring own flask and just help collecting mats for feasts. Use feasts in each raid and check if ppl have food/flask buff. Use some sort of a 2min timer when "BUFF UP" is announced after raid check. Have in mind ppl who are constantly afk or slacking in buffing. U dont have to do each boss in 25 so if u have 1-2 ppl afk from a while u can still start unless they r needed or may get aggro and wipe raid (KT rooms). Ofc those will be lower on loot prio list coz of that (for current boss or raid and in future if its a common thing for them).
You can also set a DKP system ONLY to track attendance and loot gains within a few clicks. Saves a lot of time when diff ppl are leading/giving loot or to track slackers.
p.s. Any chance of earlier raiding time like 18:00 ST ? :P p.s.2. And instead of typing need in chat during looting make ppl use /roll, way easier to spot and when ML wonders who to give he can choose the one with highest roll instead of asking for separate /roll.

| We're checking attendance and loot gains with headcount
Btw, i like the idea about alts. First alt counts as alt, other ones count rather as 'if no one wants an item', though we also look at raid attendance. If you come with an alt we never see vs. someone who contributes a lot to the raid with his alt, it's obvious though main > alt always

| i dont think 18 st is good idea becouse ppl are working like 9 - 17 st (some of them) and they could be late for raid.

| We will definitely organize our GV soon, and we will listen some of your suggestions, i guess ^^
About loot distribution, yes, i agree that everyone should have 1 MAIN and 1 MAIN-ALT, but lets see what others say.
Raids are still "under development" so we will do something there also
@ p.s. good idea to make ppl to come @ 19ST ^^ @ p.s.2 well, yeah, sometimes is hard to decide, but we will think of new ways to handle that one

| I think ML is better, cos what if somone who got an item first time rolls biggest number again on some other boss, better to distribute items equally. Maybe to make that a person who got an item cannot roll for the next?
Please indicate how much raiding experience you have. I have 280%
