| Guys, you got it all wrong. How can "Ashes/Dust" be "trial" or similar? More like Ashes should be the one right before Phoenix :P since, you know, after Ashes>Phoenix XP
Anyways, still on the matter I think guild ranks should be basic and hence, easily understandable by everyone. It might sound badass and creative but not "logically ordered" ranks are usually just to fit people's fancy of having some sort of special title/treatment, which I think is vain and doesn't serve the administrative purpose ranks should have on informing people to whom they should address questions/suggestions/advices whenever they join a guild.
So I'd go with (in ascending order):
*Initiate/Trial
*Intermediate/Past Trial
*Advanced/Trusted Member/Experienced
*Coordinator/Organizer/Helping Staff
*Guild Leader/Administrator
Something like that

| There is no point for Class Masters, I had this in my previous guild, I was one....Ridiculous system...Not the best idea to do now.
I mean, why to wait for one person that will come online when you can ask another hunter which is fond in the knowledge you're looking for...there is no purpose in this

| I agree that class masters are not a so good idea. I think we had them in Arbor on the previous server and it wasn't so good

We can still invent class masters once we agree on that one
