Hello and welcome to Ex Cinere.

Ex Cinere means 'From the Ashes'. If you want to know the history behind it, feel free to ask any guild member about it smile

Guild rules:

- We're an international guild. This means there are people from different countries with different languages. The only accepted language is guild channels, forums and raids is English. You are ofcourse free to speak in your own language in PMs and normal chat.

- A guild means co-operation and being polite to each other. Please do not insult, ignore or harass guildies in any way. Try to stay polite in public channels as well, after all you're representing the guild. Racism and related behaviour will not be tolerated.

- There is no need to offend other guilds. We're just one of them. Maybe we're better, maybe we're not. There are no 'noob' guilds. Try to stay friendly to them as well.

- We're not PvP-oriented guild. That doesn't mean that you cannot PvP or something like this. Of course, everyone of us sometimes kills alliance with great pleasure, but let it be an honest fight - we don't want our guild to be known as lowbie-killers and gankers. Kill enemies of your lvl and do not expect, that guildies will rush SW or Darkshire instead of planned instance raid.

- We expect tactic knowledge, preparation (reagents, flasks, food, gems, enchants, ...) in a raid. Also a PvE spec with proper glyphs is required.

- Do not waste instance cooldowns like ToC25/ICC in pugs. Not only will those raids barely succeed, you've lost the chance to go in our guildraid.

- We also expect people to help each other. Either during levelling (e.g. helping at certain hard elites, boosting an instance), professions (one can't have all, so help each other), raiding (we all started as a newbie, so instead of yelling "Omg noob", tell them a proper rotation etc.). Trading between guildies for gold is generally not accepted.

- We use the Master Looter system in raids because we want to avoid ninjas. This way the loot gets to the person who deserves it the most. The order is:
Tank/Heal > Dps, and, Main char > alt. Please roll need for main spec and greed for offspec.

- Breaking GC server rules will also lead to a guild removal. We don't want to be known as such people.
