ROTFACE

Abilities
Ooze flood - Inflicts damage and reduces movement speed by 25%. Comes from the pipes around the room. (10man normal - 4388 to 4612, 25man normal - 5363 to 5637, 10man heroic - 5363 to 5637, 25man heroic - 6338 to 6662)
Slime Spray - Turns in a random direction and deals damage in a cone in front of the caster for 5sec. (10man normal - 5363 to 5637, 25man normal - 6338 to 6662, 10man heroic - 6338 to 6662, 25man heroic - 7800 to 8200)
Mutated Infection - Deals periodical damage and reduces movement speed by 50% (heroic: 75%). Spawns a Little Ooze when removed by any means, including expiration. (10man normal - 3413 to 3587 every 1 second, 25man normal - 3900 to 4100 every 1 second, 10man heroic - 3900 to 4100 every 1 second , 25man heroic - 4875 to 5125 every 1 second )

Little Ooze
Spawned as a result of Mutated Infection removal or expiration. They merge into Big Oozes.
Sticky Ooze - A spray of green goo that deals 3900 to 4100 physical damage every 1sec and reduces movement speed by 50%.
Weak Radiating Ooze - Deals nature and shadow damage to all enemies within 1 yards. Also causes Little Ooze to merge with a nearby Ooze. (normal - 3413 to 3587, 10man heroic - 4388 to 4612, 25man heroic - 4875 to 5125)

Big Ooze
Created as a result of 2 Little Oozes merging. Explodes after a while.
Sticky Ooze - A spray of green goo that deals 3900 to 4100 physical damage every 1sec and reduces movement speed by 50%.
Radiating Ooze - Deals nature and shadow damage to all enemies within 1 yards. Also causes Big Ooze to merge with a nearby Ooze. (10man normal - 2438 to 2562, 25man normal - 4875 to 5125, 10man heroic - 5363 to 5637, 25man heroic - 6338 to 6662)
Unstable Ooze - Increases damage dealt by 20%. Stacks up to 10. Applied every time an ooze merges with the Big Ooze.
Unstable Ooze Explosion - Inflicts 14625 to 15375 to all enemies within 6 yards. Happens when the Big Oooze merges 5 times.

Strategy
Raid placement
Rotface should be tanked in the center of the room, turned away from the raid. The raid should stack up at minimum range from him to make avoiding Slime Spray, ooze from the pipes and Unstable Ooze Explosion easy. Off tank should kite the oozes in a circle as far away as possible from the raid. Death Knight would be the best choice for this job, but every other tanking class can deal with it provided enough skill.

Slime Spray
Every 20sec Rotface will cast Slime Spray. If you are in the cone in front of him, you should move through him to avoid damage ASAP. After it's over, it's advisable that you don't stand in front of him.

Mutated Infection
SHOULD NOT BE DISPELLED!
Rotface casts this in reducing intervals throughout the fight. It is not advisable to dispel this debuff because it reduces the time before the next 1 is cast. Once it expires, a Small Ooze is spawned with 500K threat on the person that had the Infection. The target of the debuff should run towards the off tank so that he can quickly take the Ooze off the person and so the Ooze doesn't deal damage to the entire raid.

Unstable Ooze Explosion
Once a Big Ooze merges 5 times (regardless whether it merges with Small Oozes or Big Oozes) it will cast Unstable Ooze Explosion. This is a 4sec cast spell accompanied by a big, yellow warning on the screen. The Ooze does not move during this time. It's is imperative that no raid member is within 6 yeards of the Ooze once this is cast because, combines with a Slime Spray it can be devastating and cause a wipe.

Ooze Flood
Throught the fight Rotface will be "fixing his pipes" that will leak slime into the room. Usually it covers about 1/4 of the room and standing in/walking through reduces players' movement speed and deals damage. DO NOT STAND IN THIS!

Heroic mode changes
Professor Putricide occasionally comes to the balcony of the room and casts Vile Gas. If there are enough people at range (8 people on 25man, 3(?) on 10man), it will never target the melee group. It's important that Vile Gas soakers don't move into the melee range while avoiding anything.

Mutated Infection - Deals more damage and further reduces speed.

Ooze Flood - Deals more damage and reduces speed by 10% per stack. Stacks up to 10 times, effectively rooting the target and, eventually, killing him.

Pungent Blight - Releases the inhaled Blight dealing damage to all enemy players releasing the Blight back into the room. Used instead of 3rd inhale. (3sec cast, 15sec cooldown. 10man normal - 42900 to 45100, 25man normal - 48750 to 51250, 10man heroic - 63375 to 66625, 25man heroic - 73125 to 76875)
Vile Gas - Infects the targeted area with a vile plague inflicting periodic damage to enemies in the area and causing them to vomit uncontrollably for 6sec dealing periodical Nature/Shadow damage to all enemies within 12 yards. (plague damage: 10man normal - 3900 to 4100 every 2 seconds, 25man normal - 4875 to 5125 every 2 seconds, 10man heroic - 4875 to 5125 every 2 seconds, 25man heroic - 6338 to 6662 every 2 seconds. vomit damage: 10man normal - 3900 to 4100, 25man normal - 4875 to 5125, 10man heroic - 4875 to 5125, 25man heroic - 5850 to 6150)
Gastric Bloat - Inflicts Nature/Shadow damage to the target and increases targets damage done by 10% per application. Used on the tank. If it reaches 10 stacks, instantly kills the target and deals 29,250 to 30,750 damage to all enemies within 10 yards effectively wiping the raid. (10man normal - 9750 to 10250, 25man normal - 12188 to 12812, 10man heroic - 2188 to 12812, 25man heroic - 14625 to 15375)

Enrage timer: 5min

Strategy
Raid placement
10man

Green - melee group
Red - ranged
Light blue - range Spore meeting target
3 players must be out of Festerguts melee range to avoid Vile Gas casting on the melee group. 1 healer (preferably druid, shaman can do as well) should be in the middle of the ranged group. All players should be 12 yards away from each other to avoid being affected by Vile Gas AoE. The center player is also a meeting spot for the Spore.
25man

Green - melee group
Red - ranged
Light blue - range Spore meeting target
Same as for 10man, but requires 8 players at range, 2 healers and 6 DPS spread over in 2 rows with 1 meeting spot for the Spore is the simplest solution.

Tanking
This is a pretty straight-forward fight for tanks with 1 switch when Gastric Bloat reaches 8-9 stacks. The tank that is currently not tanking should pay attention to go out towards the ranged group with the Spore if they don't have any.

Gas Spore
Periodically, Festergut will release 2(10man)/3(25man) Gas Spores applied to random targets. Everyone should stack up around those 2/3 targets (melee in melee range, ranged at the designated spot/target). If there are no Spores on targets at range, someone from the melee group should run out to the designated spot/target so everyone gets Innoculated.

After the first Pungent Blight, the Gas Spores can effectively be ignored because just a few seconds after the 2nd Pungent Blight Festergut will enrage effectively wiping the raid.

DPS cooldowns
As this fight is pretty much a DPS race, the cooldowns should be used at proper times. That time would be after the first Pungent Blight because after that there is no more moving.

Healing
Healers should be relatively strong on AoE because there is constant AoE damage from the Blight, as well as most Festerguts' abilities.

Regurgitating Ooze - Has a surprising effect on the target dealing periodical Nature/Shadow damage to the target and slowing them by 50%. (10man normal: 6338 to 6662 every 2 seconds, 25man normal: 8288 to 8712 every 2 seconds, 10man heroic: 8288 to 8712 every 2 seconds, 25man heroic: 9263 to 9737 every 2 seconds)
Mutated Slash - Deals 100% weapon damage and decreases targets resistance to physical damage by 4%. Stacks up to 5 times.

Enrage timer: 10min

Strategy
Raid placement
(maps coming when I think them up)
At the start, he should be tanked on the left side of the room with the ranged DPS a bit behind spread out a bit because of the Slime Puddle. This is because the first add to spawn is the Volatile Ooze which spawns on the right side. This way we have max time to DPS down the add when it spawns. Right after the Volatile Ooze is dead, Putricide should be moved to the opposite side of the room, the ranged should move as well.

With this placement, everyone has to be very wary of Slime Pools because most of them will hit everyone.

Volatile Ooze
2.5sec after the warning that Putricide is performing an Unstable Experiment, the Ooze will spawn. After that it will cast Volatile Ooze Adhesive. During that time it is untargetable and unattackable. Hunters should place a trap that slows it down before the cast is over.

Once the Ooze has selected it's target, everyone should DPS it down as fast as possible. It is imperative that melee doesn't move towards it before it has selected it's target because that shortens the time the raid has to DPS it down.

The Ooze can be slowed down by Hunter traps, Shaman Frost Shock, Death Knight Chains of Ice, Warlock Curse of Exhaustion (if anyone is crazy enough to have it in PvE spec) etc. That should be done continuously to give the raid as much time as possible to kill it.

Gas Cloud
Everything that applies to the Volatile Ooze, applies to the Gas Cloud as well.

The target should kite it around, while everyone else slows it and kills it.

Choking Gas Bomb
It is used only in phase 2. Putricide drops 2 vials close to himself that form a gas cloud dealing damage and exploding after 20sec. No one should be standing in the clouds.

Malleable Goo
Also used only in phase 2. It is a bouncing green ball that targets a random ranged player. Has to be avoided because it deals AoE damage and reduces casting speed.

Phase 1 to phase 2 transition
Phase 1 ends when Putricide reaches 80%. He then casts Tear Gas that stuns the raid for 10sec. Mages can use Invisibility and rogues can use Vanish to allow some extra DPS.

It is imperative that there is no active add and no Unstable Experiment being cast during the phase transition. If there is, it will most likely lead to a wipe because the raid is stunned

Phase 2 to phase 3 transition
Phase 2 ends when Putricide reaches 35% hp. All adds, as well as all the Slime Puddles must be cleared before that because the Abomination is gone in p3 and there is no way to clean up the Slime Puddles.

Phase 3
From a purely brain fight, this becomes a brain fight+DPS race. As there is no Abomination to clean up the Slime Puddles, they are constantly growing and taking up more and more of the room. After 2.5-3min the room will be filled with slime adding a soft enrage to the fight.

The raid should stack up in 1 of the corners near the table and move each time Putricide casts Slime Puddle.

He does not cast Choking Gas Bomb, Malleable Goo or Unstable Experiment in this phase.

Mutated Plague
Used only in phase 3. Every 10sec, Putricide will apply 1 stack of Mutated Plague to his current tank. Initially, the tanks should switch when they reach 3 stacks of the debuff, and then every stack afterwards.

May I inquire the source from where this comes from? Else heads will roll. JK, found some vodoo lying around and had to check it out
