I've made an spreadsheet for shadow priests. It basically calculates your gear "value" in the form of Pseudo Power (PP), 1 PP = 1 Spell Power. You will need Excel to use it, I don't know if any other product besides ones from Micro$hit works but just give it a try..
Things you should now:
The values used to make the calculations are based on T10 level gear so they might be a bit off but not for much.
It has almost all items from ToC and some from Ulduar and other places, I can add more items on request or you can do it your self if you know what you are doing..
This might have some bugs so if you find anything tell me so I can try to fix them, also if you have any suggestion just say it and I will see what I can do.
How to use it:
Just select the items for each slot, their respective gems and enchants
At the end of the table you can see your total PP with and without hit cap (the one that matters is with hit cap..)
You can also see how much exceeding hit you have..
Value used:
1 Spellpower = 1 PP
1 Haste = 0.98 PP
1 Crit = 0.76 PP
1 Spirit = 0.59 PP
1 Intellect = 0.22 PP

| Im going to update this in the next days.
You can use the same link to download but you might get some incomplete version.
I will say when Im done with it.
I will mostly add ICC items and maybe some dungeon items.
I will also correct some minor things.
Also, Im open for suggestions.

| These are the complete BiS lists for ICC, saved from Shadowpriest.com before it went down. I think this is easier to browse trough then having to work with excel and not seeing a list of all gear.

Just open the web pages in mozilla but keep those folders in the same location as the html's
