Here's Bloodclaws feral dps guide:

Stats

Basically as a feral druid, agility is the main stat you should worry about. It's all you'll need, attackpower, crit and armor (if you're a tank).

Doing raids or heroics as a feral kitty, you shouldn't worry about stacking AP gems or crit gems whatever. No need to worry about socket bonuses either. You can just stack 20+ agillity gems, but be sure you have enough blue gems to make your meta work aswell. A good meta gem for feral druids is:

Relentless Earthsiege Diamond (http://www.wowhead.com/item=41398)
21 agi+ and 3+ increased crit dmg.
Once again it's the agility that you're looking for.

There's no need to gem for hit rating either, it should come with the gear.. but if it doesn't you could use enchants like Icewalker (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=60623) for the neccesary hitrating.
I've always had no problems with missing at all with my 180 hit rating. Though I'm not sure if that's the cap or not.
Though if you tend to miss alot, get some hit rating enchants till you get proper hit gear, and get hit capped.

PvE

Rotation: Basically the main thing to do is, keep bleeds up and then simply shred. Rake should be active all the time, and your 5 combo points (cb) rip.
You always should start with mangle, having Improved Mangle 3/3 is not a neccesity, considering the fact you only use it for the
extra dmg on bleeding effects. So mangle, to keep the mangle effect up, savage roar, to boost your bleed damage, and rake, rip, and then you keep shredding until the bleeds are going off again. Keep all the above mentioned abillities up.
Some druids tend not to use Savage Roar. I personally use it. If you have any energy left overs, after you're rotation, you could pull off a quick ferocious bite, and then use tiger's fury to get back on rotation. Or use Ferocious Bite at the end of berserk.

Talent Build

This is a basic PvE build I use for raiding and heroics, you can change things to your liking.
EDIT: No longer a basic build, made the best possible build imo, focussed on pure HIGH dps.

Glyphs

The glyphs you should use can differ.
I personally use:

Glyph of Rip
Glyph of Berserk
Glyph of Savage Roar
Glyph of Shred

as majors, I think these are the best choice. But of course you can also use Glyph of Mangle, if you find that 10% matters much..

Minor glyphs can be anything you like, considering the fact they aren't important for dps in raids or heroics.

Add-ons

Now for feral druids, there aren't any specific add-ons you should have to perform right.
But there's one add-on that could help you get the hang of Feral dps more easily.

Bad Kitty - It basically shows you the time left on bleeds, mangle, and savage roar etc.

Idol

As an Idol, I use the Deadly Gladiator's Idol of Resolve
Gives an 120+ AP buff when you hit with mangle, it has no CD and it's constant.
But you can use any other Idol, like Idol of Rip.. it's whatever you prefer

Feral DPS is more powerful than you think if you follow this guide

And i'll add to Idol's this example macro, which is very usefull :

/showtooltip [spell name]
/equip [idol name]
/cast [spellname]
/y I sucks!

Hey awesome, didn't know my guide was here too! biggrin

Editted/corrected version:

You're aiming for a 5% hitrating atleast!

PvE:

Rotation: Basically the main thing to do is, keep bleeds up and then simply shred. Rake should be active all the time, and your 5 combo points (cb) rip. But the most important thing of all is Savage Roar, if you lack energy and lose your bleeds, because you need Savage Roar up, dont worry because it simply has priority. A big percentage of your damage is based on auto attack anyway, and Savage Roar increases all your physical damage. So Savage Roar, main priority.

You always should start with mangle, having Improved Mangle 3/3 is not a neccesity, considering the fact you only use it for the
extra dmg on bleeding effects. So mangle, to keep the mangle effect up, savage roar, to boost your physical damage, and rake, rip, and then you keep shredding until the bleeds are going off again. Keep all the above mentioned abillities up.
