• I have quite much raiding experience i'd say.
D) What was(were) your previous guild(s)? Why did you leave it(them)?
• Ancient Dragonflight - Got kicked because i was inactive
DeathbringerS - They went separate ways, most of em quit the server
Sons of Thunder - Had some issues there with some people
Illuminati - Leaving with hunter because i want more disciplined raids/there people don't even bother to show up on time :S
E) If you are coming from another server, please list the server name, the period of time you spent there and the reason why you left.
•I was playing in a server called BurningWoW, but then they tried to do sth to make it like Wrath of the Lich King, screwed up the server and because of that i left(Played there for 3 years)

F) Why do you want to join Ex Cinere?
• Because, i would like to do raids with much disclipine,and apparently you can find it in few guilds.
G) Do you meet the following requirements?
Obligatory addons:
Deadly Boss Mod -Yes
Omen (any other working threatmeter) -Yes
X-pearl (any other raid-helper/frames) -Yes(but using it mostly as a tank or healer, don't need that much as a DPS)

Ulduar -Yes if i count out Alagon the Observer, haven't reached there yet and probably will not either

H) How old are you and where are you from?
•I am 17 years old and i come from Estonia
I) Usual raid-time is 20:00 ST and we raid at 16ST on sunday. Does it fit you?
• Yes it does fit,allthough i might be late sometimes because i have to share my computer :S

II. Rules and Requirements
A) Have you read the guild rules and raiding rules listed on the forums? (Filling out this application means you agree to their terms).

III. Raid Specific Requirements and Class Details
(Focus on the character with which you will prefer to go in raids)
A) A non-lagging computer (server lags are out of count - all we can is to deal with them) and stable internet connect is 100% necessary to raid with Ex Cinere. Do you meet this requirement?
•Yes i do.
B ) Are you willing and capable of providing your own potions, bandages, food buffs, repair costs, and farmed items on a regular basis?
• Yes i am.
C) What glyphs are you currently using(Major and Minor) and why did you choose them?
Glyph of Steady Shot - Because it increases the damage done by steady shot by 10% if i have afflicted the target with Serpent sting
Glyph of Serpent Sting - It increases the duration of Serpent Sting by 6seconds so i don't have to worry about losing the serpent sting while my chimera shot is under cooldown
Glyph of the Hawk - It increases my Haste from the talent Improved Aspect of the Hawk, which is useful so i can do more DPS
•
D) List in order the top five stats you gear for (including stats like crit rating, hit rating, haste rating, spell power and such) and explain why you chose them in that order:
•1)Agility-more crit,ap,dodge etc
2)Crit - there is never enough crit for a hunter
3)Attack Power - More attack power = moar DPS
4)Armor Penetration - i want my arrows to slice through enemys armor
5)Intellect - Well, this ain't Cata or Mop so i need Int to use spells.
E) What type of preparations do you personally make coming to a raid, for both new content and farmed content?
• I make sure my internet is not laggyng,i eat,get some drink,put on music,get foods,flasks etc and also i close all the bullshit i do not need for raiding.
F) Describe in detail your character's role in raids. How do your spec and gear choices help you to perform that role?
• My role in raids is that i must help the tank kill boss with other dps before healers go OOM
G) Describe in detail your personal play style. Why do you raid? How? What spells do you use and when do you use them? How do you use them - clicking, keybindings, macros, UI modifications, etc?
• I use spells by clicking on keyboard and clicking on mouse. To prevent moving my cursor over to the tanks frame i have a focus macro for it under a keybind on the mouse.I made my spell macros like that they will do an autoshot bethween em for more dps, sure it uses more arrows but you can't always win right?

| 1. i'd replace glyph of serpent sting with true aura, Chimera refresh the duration of Serpent sting, so its kinda useless and true shot will give you some crit boost chance with aimed shot.
2. don't stack crit u will get it from gear and from agility, only use gem if needed for meta.
if u gonna be arp mm hunter then its 1st stat, if u gonna stack with agility, arp is pointless (its either that or that).
state as i see it (from my huntard)
Agility, Agility, Agility....
yes you figure right i stack agility and not arp ^^
agility = ap + crit, and thats all you will need, intell is not needed (aspect of viper, viper sting, talent if u have it - Rapid Recuperation - not recommended).
Rotation:
1. Serpent + Mark
2. Chimera
3. Aimed
4. Arcane
5. Steady - steady -Steady - Steady
and again from 2 (when chimera finish it cd)
either then that i see you in "action" you ain't that bad :P fix this and u be even better have no prob vote for ya.

| Glyph of serpent sting is one of the best/recomended glyphs for MM's. As the chimera shot damage scales out with serpent sting's TOTAL damage, higher duration equals to higher damage.
Agility is recommended if you can't reach a decent ammount of arpen, otherwise, arpen stacking proves to be better to go off with (about our current tier).
About MD, I don't really give a damn...

Also you have int as a stat but not hit. I am disappointed.

| Sero,there is nothing to worry about.These macros are done by the best hunter i know ---Thalasy
Also,i didn't add hit because i have always enough hit from gear, so i do not worry about it..
Daemon, MD is my 2nd spell to use because if i use it before, the tank does not get enough treath boost from me,cause if i use MD acter sting,i have those few secs to make 2-3spells

| I added int because i get bigger mana pool which from i can use more spells with 100% damage insteadof going to 40%damage in the middle of the encounter.,and judging by the bosses there are no adds so i can't use aspect of the viper +volley to get mana backfaster

| i dont know i use trueshot chimera and hawk or steady glyph those work quite nice, about stats : Agil
haste/crit arp. AP comes from many sources like agil and intelect, hit is only till u got lik 7-8% i never needed more.
